We provide and disseminate the latest information regarding infection control and disinfectants and antiseptics to professionals who work in the area of infection control and medical personnel who are interested in this field.
In addition, our medical representatives (MRs) comply with the promotion codes established by the pharmaceutical industries associations. They visit medical professionals across Japan to provide information and gather feedback regarding the quality, effectiveness, and safety of pharmaceutical products.
Meanwhile, in order to identify customers´ emerging requirements, we collect information through every available channel where we come in contact with customers, including academic conferences and research committee meetings.
